Giù a Sud green bistrot, situated in Trani, in a magnificent location between Cesare Battisti Square close to the door for Giudecca (Jewish area) and Dogali Square the beginning of San Nicola road that join to the Cathedral.

Our menu reflects the cultural syncretism that has characterized the history of Trani: we suggest to taste codfish fritters and stewed “sponsali” onions, cavatelli with beans and mussels, or drunken octopus or Ghetto, our vegetarian sandwich with cialledda (onion, tomatoes, carrots, celery and mozzarella).

You can enjoy drinking our Malvasia white wine or Negramaro rosé wine, called Cuore del Sud.
