Km Sud® is our project aimed at bringing food and beverages made by responsible local producers to the table.

What do we mean by responsibility? A particular attention for environment, raw materials for genuine ingredients that we use to prepare our dishes.

With this principle our craft beer was born, made in Ginosa with an ancient variety of Senatore Cappelli grain, or biological primitivo wine bottled for us in Cutrofiano, Salento.

Today Km Sud®embraces these two regions, Puglia and Basilicata: Salento, the magic land of taranta with primitivo wine; the slopes of Vulture Volcano that once upon a time was inhabited by brigands, with aglianico wine; the hill where is located the most suggestive Federician castel, Castel del Monte, with the production of coratina Olive Oil.
