The “Giù a Sud” Project start in 2018 due to Fabers’ idea of telling the southern part of Italy also through its food traditions.
At the moment, “Giù a Sud Project” has three locations, one in Matera, one in Trani and one in Giovinazzo, which, thanks to their location, all in the historical centre of the city, represent an important meeting point for travellers and residents.
We bring to the table the most authentic traditional food, thanks to simple but genuine recipes, selected from a millenary tradition that seen these land crossed by peoples with different food cultures.
